Long-Term coaching

Our relationship starts with a free, consultation call. After this evaluation there is no obligation on either side to pursue the partnership. During this call, we will discuss you needs and become acquainted with what you would like to work towards.

After the consultation I will propose what programme will allow you to fulfil your goal. The programme will be determined before any coaching begins; we will meet face-to-face or online which we will discuss in our initial call.

Long-Term Coaching

A Long-term relationship allows the coach to use the knowledge and experiences of the coachee in greater depth and a partnership in conversation develops . Coaching remains purposeful, and our interactions will be planned with new goals or goals redefined .

Coaching will begin with the signature 6 Step Programme. We will then devise a bespoke programme for your needs offering you supportive, constructive, professional, companionship along your journey.

  • A total of 20 hours of coaching over 5-10 months; timetable and time scale to be agreed.

  • Notes after each session/interaction. You will also be required to make notes on reflections in between our sessions. Together these will build your resource going forward.

  • Queries and questions between sessions.
